Members of the Palms Apartments Tenants Association are fighting back against their corporate landlord to stay in their homes and in the community they love! Their landlord is trying to force them out using the "renoviction loophole" in California's just cause eviction protections. So far, the Palms Tenants have succeeded in staying in their homes for over a year, but they are preparing for possible eviction notices in the coming months. SVTU is raising funds to help cover legal fees to hire an eviction defense attorney.
